A little about eService Productions...
Our history with Xerox® goes back to 1998, when Field Engineering asked us to produce technical training videos for dissemination
to Field Service Technicians worldwide. As the digital age continued to emerge, we were enabled to use our creative talents in new ways,
producing dynamic, interactive eLearning materials.
Today eServPro continues to support various Xerox® organizations, delivering creative solutions driven by the unique needs of our customers.
My contributions to the on going success of eService Productions are...

The WorkCentre 4150 training is being marketed to consumers who want the most appealing and engaging self-paced training available for their Xerox machines. The training integrates photos, text, audio, and full-motion video assembled in an easy-to-use Flash interface.
My responsibility was to shoot all photography, edit textual content for online delivery, and assemble this content along with audio narration into an easy to use Flash interface.

The Xerox WorkCentre 5030/5050 is another copier in the WorkCentre series.
The learning model is very similar to the 4150 WorkCentre with the exception to content related modifications.
As with the 4150, I was responsible for shooting all photography, along with contributing to content development and Flash assembly.

The Xerox 4118 WorkCentre is yet another copier in the WorkCentre series.
The learning model has been significantly changed to aid with improving content development. The header, footer, menu system, navigation, along with learning content is all component based and contained within a shell. Each component is loaded at run time.
All textual content including the menu system now resided in XML format. There has been some UI improvements along with the way images are presented
Being responsible for all photography and contributing to content development, I also developed the logic using Actionscript used to control the loading and parsing of XML, along with the navigational controls.
